12.2 Mediation

If informal negotiations fail, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation before a neutral mediator mutually agreed upon by both parties.

12.3 Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved through informal negotiation or mediation shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Croatian arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Zagreb, Croatia.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13.1 Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Jurisdiction

Subject to the dispute resolution provisions above, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Zagreb, Croatia for the resolution of any disputes.

13.3 EU Compliance

Where applicable, these Terms comply with European Union regulations and directives, including consumer protection laws and the GDPR.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by:

These Terms are drafted in English. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
